Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day returns policy on eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition

• The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Please note: Items that are returned used, or not in original condition can not be refunded.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@thevedalab.com.au with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• Reason for the return

We will then provide return instructions, including the return shipping address. You are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods without tracking.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
