Workshop 1:
Turning Stress Into Focus

Techniques to transform stress into clarity, resilience, and mental performance

Stress doesn’t have to lead to burnout. In this session, participants learn how to recognise stress patterns, build resilience, and use focused awareness to enhance performance—especially under pressure.

Workshop 2:
Timing Is Everything

Align with your natural energy cycles for smarter focus and lasting energy

Working against your body’s internal clock can lead to fatigue, brain fog, and low motivation. This workshop introduces the concept of circadian rhythm alignment, empowering teams to work with their natural energy, not against it.

    • Identify your optimal focus windows and energy dips

    • Learn when to schedule deep work, breaks, and recovery for peak output

    • Create sustainable rhythms for improved energy and workflow


Workshop 3:
Sleep & Rest for Peak Performance

Structured rest and deeper sleep to support clarity, creativity, and recovery

When rest is compromised, everything from decision-making to emotional regulation suffers. This session shares practical tools for better sleep and introduces micro-rest practices employees can use during the day to recharge and refocus.

    • Understand how sleep supports brain function, focus, and emotional balance

    • Learn Ayurvedic and science-backed strategies for deeper rest

    • Apply short, effective rest techniques to maintain energy and clarity

How It Works

Each session runs for 60–75 minutes and includes:

  • Interactive content and practical techniques grounded in both Ayurveda and neuroscience.

  • Tools employees can implement immediately for sustainable results.

  • A two-week detox tea blend to support energy and clarity after the session for each attendee.

  • A nourishing Kitchari meal to aid digestion and improve focus for each attendee.

Workshops can be delivered in-person or virtually.

I created WorkWell to support workplaces where both employees and leaders can thrive.

Before launching The Veda Lab, I spent years in the corporate world—navigating long hours, constant pressure, and the slow burnout that comes from always being “on.” During that time, I turned to the Ayurvedic principles I’d grown up with—not as an escape, but as a practical way to manage my energy, focus, and wellbeing.

WorkWell was born from that lived experience: blending traditional wisdom with modern, science-informed tools to help both individuals and teams find balance that actually lasts.
